Fuel your body.
Support your performance.
Enjoy the process.
Whether you’re training for your first event, preparing for endurance races, returning to movement after major weight loss, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more energised — good nutrition can completely change the way you perform, recover, and feel.
I provide practical, evidence-based nutrition support to help you fuel smarter, recover better, and perform sustainably without rigid rules or overwhelm.
Because great performance starts with properly fuelling your body.
Practical nutrition strategies for real life and real performance
My approach combines clinical expertise with practical experience to help you support your body through training, recovery, and long-term health.
Areas I can help with:
Endurance nutrition
Race day fuelling
Recovery nutrition
Women’s performance nutrition
Hydration and energy support
Sustainable body composition goals
Bariatric athletes returning to movement
GLP-1 users navigating exercise
Whether your goal is improved performance, more energy, better recovery, or simply feeling stronger in your body, nutrition plays a powerful role in helping you get there.
Support for changing bodies and evolving goals
For patients navigating bariatric surgery or GLP-1 medication, exercise and movement can come with unique challenges.
Many patients struggle with:
low energy
under-fuelling
fear of eating more while training
muscle loss
recovery issues
confusion around protein and performance nutrition
I help patients understand how to fuel their bodies properly so they can support strength, movement, recovery, and long-term wellness — without falling back into restriction or fear around food.
Nutrition support from someone who understands performance
Alongside my work in bariatric and metabolic nutrition, I’ve always had a strong passion for endurance sport and sports nutrition.
I regularly compete in triathlons, multistage mountain bike races, road cycling, and running events, which gives me both professional and practical insight into fuelling for performance, recovery, and long-term health.
I’ve also had the privilege of supporting post-op bariatric patients in completing incredible events such as Ironman, Cape Epic, and the Comrades Marathon.
My philosophy is simple:
Nutrition should support your performance, health, and quality of life — not consume it.

Stronger performance starts with better support.
Whether you’re training for an event, returning to movement, or wanting to better support your body through exercise and recovery, I’m here to help you create practical nutrition strategies that work in real life.
