What if my weight has stalled?

Stalls are very common. In the course we unpack the common reasons stalls happen — from protein intake and meal timing to hormone changes and lifestyle patterns — and show you how to adjust in a realistic way.

Do I have to attend the live sessions?

The live sessions are very valuable because they allow discussion and questions. They are recorded and will be sent to you, but its always best to join. The teaching material is available online so you can still benefit even if you miss a session.

Is this another diet plan?

No. This course is not about restrictive dieting. It is about understanding your bariatric tool, learning how your body works, and building habits that support long‑term success.

What if I still struggle with cravings or emotional eating?
